Improving Social, Self-Regulation, and Vocational Skills
The Expanded Engagement Program, a Post-Secondary Preparation/Vocational Program, offers a comprehensive, transitional model of care that empowers students with learning and social/emotional/behavioral differences to achieve success.
The primary focus of the program is to assist every student to improve skills for social interaction, independent living, and career development.
The Right Fit
Our dedicated and highly qualified staff focus on each student’s strengths in order to enhance social interaction/adjustment and self-regulation skills, community reentry skills, and vocational skills through personalized learning programs and supported engagement.
Facilitated by special educators, job coaches, and social workers, the program includes vocational training, counseling, resume development, career exploration, job coaching, and internships/job placements.
The goal of the program is to improve transitional and vocational skills, independence, and engagement, resulting in improved self-esteem for each student.
