Preparing Students for Life Beyond the Classroom
The Transition Program is designed for students that have advanced through the PreK-12 School Program and enrolled by the district to experience community-based, age-appropriate employment prep, and job exploration activities.
This program is housed on campus but outside of traditional school programs with additional classroom and college campus experiences at New England Institute of Technology and community employment opportunities in local businesses.
