Referrals to Sargent Center from case managers from insurance companies, hospitals and other health care organizations helps to maintain a smooth continuum of care for adults and children who are in need of evaluation, treatment and/or specialized programming in neurologic disorders. Sargent Center has the expertise and resources to help individuals of all ages recover and move forward productively.
